I am happy to share updates about medical massage and insurance at Amend Massage Therapy. My goal is to make scheduling and understanding the process as straightforward as possible.

Before Booking

Insurance coverage varies by plan, even within the same insurance company. Please confirm your massage therapy benefits, any visit limits, referral or authorization requirements, and your expected out-of-pocket responsibility directly with your insurer.

Appointments and Billing

Medical massage appointments are 60 minutes. I bill eligible primary insurance plans that I accept directly, and I do not bill secondary insurance. Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any required referral or prescription. The list of currently accepted insurers is maintained on my homepage.
